Global Production Systems states that 95% of all businesses in the world are small businesses (WTO. ORG). The productivity of most countries depends on the openness and operational success of these small businesses. In a large part of these countries, promoting the opening of competitive microenterprises towards new trends in the manufacturing and marketing of products at an international level is part of the national economic development models. This course establishes an easy format to develop the basic structuring of an entrepreneurial project based on a business idea, which will allow the student to lay the foundations that help them identify the potential of their project.
During the development of this course, students will be able to evaluate different business ideas, identifying the one with the greatest potential with which they will develop their project. Throughout the course of the program content, the student will structure his business model on the next main areas:
a. Considering the results of the analysis of the environment.
b. the market.
c. technical development and validation of the product.
d. financial plan and marketing/sales.
This course will be required give a project advance, making feed backs over the contents by the instructor. At the final course, the student will have the enough elements to define the feasibility of the business idea.
