国际贸易实务导论
A Practical Guide to the International Trading System

The principal objective of the course is to provide practical information on the instruments and conduct of trade policy, providing the tools they will need to understand how the rules negotiated and adjudicated in the World Trade Organization and elsewhere may affect their future opportunities as business persons, analysts, and policymakers.
The first week is devoted to the economics of the trading system, including the theory of
comparative advantage, how to find and analyze tariff and trade data, and such key issues as trade and development and the special problems of agriculture.
The second week is devoted to the law and institutions of the trading system, including the
conduct of trade negotiations and disputes in the World Trade Organization.
