This course aims to provide the participants a broad understanding of development and development cooperation regarding either the voice of the North and the South. 
 
 
   
  Throughout the sessions participants will be able to understand the political, historical and institutional dimensions of development actors engaged in development cooperation, as well as practical aspects in the management of development cooperation. Additionally, they will learn about the general framework of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development and the strategies that some countries are implementing to comply with it.
