国际法案例研习
Case Studies in International Law

The course is an attempt to move away from consideration of International Law only in the abstract, by examining 15 case studies of contemporary relevance in which the interpretation, application and enforcement of International Law is required. The instructor has carefully selected topics which have either dominated international attention for decades, have recently re-emerged or are recent challenges for the international community. Having lived and worked, the past quarter of a century, in hostile environments, the instructor will examine each topic from all perspectives; eschewing a narrative driven by any one side.
